Non staff Nazis who make it a habit of closing their threads because they can't take a little off topic friendly discussion really irritate me.
I'd post this some place else more in line with the site rules but seriously who would read it then?
So along those lines I have several invites to places that you are welcome to ask for but seeing that most people here are either lurkers who can only be bothered to post when there is something concrete in it for them or semi-retarded or both I very much doubt I will be giving any away.
Feel free to bad-mouth me all you want ,it's already past noon and I'm not even depressed yet.:)

I think most orchards are just in need of a bit of a culling to contain disease, etc. Some are just left to run wild though, and you can't really complain about the results afterward. And of course most of the good apples are quickly picked and depart the orchard forever :(

In an truly jaw-dropping case, Christine Shreeve Hubbs, an attractive, 42-year-old Mormon mother of three and wife of a dentist, was arrested last week by Livermore police. She was charged with 67 felony counts of sexual assault for multiple trysts with young teenage boys, many in her 2006 black Hummer that gave her the neighborhood nickname "the Hummer Mom."
In a case ostensibly unrelated to the sex with boys as young as 13, Hubbs is also accused of allowing teens to discharge a pellet gun out her car window.

Sports ideally build self-esteem and self-discipline that translates to other parts of your life.Writing is a skill and at best an art.Write well enough and I doubt that you will ever have a problem finding a job.Eating ,depends on like most things how you do it.I don't know about you but pleasure aside much like ca_aok and his porn I don't think that I could go a couple hours weeks without it.
Anyway just me babbling as usual but I think the essential difference is that all those other things could be looked upon as life enriching while most things done on the internet are the antithesis as that blank stare and slowly widening pool of drool on your keyboard attest to.Even the convenience part like shopping or banking or booking tickets basically only serve to isolate (not "connect") us from society and what was at least once reality.

Idol- I believe the point I was trying to make, is that we can look at anything in life as a pointless distraction. You choose to find meaning in sports, writing, food- but feel that time spent visiting with online friends is somehow insignificant. Honestly, I rather enjoy it. I've got nothing against youth, but those claiming to be "well educated" should have something to substantiate their claim.
I will accept your challenge to my recent post as valid. I would hope that people would continue to better themselves and the world they live in. However, you are only seeing my views from a very limited number of posts- tomorrow I may be writing about how wonderful it is that people continue to make efforts. I throw a lot of mixed messages into these threads- some are to make a point, others are to humor myself. Occasionally, (I think) others find them not entirely disdainful humorous, as well.

i understand entirely where you're coming from too, but it just feels so hypocritical, you say you write to humor yourself. this is exactly what i was doing with my first post until you decided to start your rant. as for my education, while it shouldn't matter at all and while you shouldn't judge peoples intelligence on the way they punctuate, you can rest assured that im 95% certain that ive been better educated than you. on the topic of my posting, i havent been on the site for the past three or so years, been travelling the world and i was being educated prior to that. though once again im sorry i dont troll the forum all day. however on the punctuation issue i do agree it is far more pleasant to read your posts than my own, nicely formed sentences and lines spaced out, most agreable to read i must say. that being said its too much effort for me. cheers for the response though :)

EDIT: By the way, I've recently joined MegaByteMe's camp. A person that cannot differentiate between articles of speech such as "Who's" and "Whose" has little to no proper education. Good education/foundation for the personality is consistent. You don't see the CEO of a hospital typing "lol" in a friendly email, just as you wouldn't expect someone who thinks traveling the world is a worthwhile experience learning experience would probably punctuate his sentences.

I duly apologize. A person as busy as yourself probably has a sight-seeing trip somewhere in the Alps. I shouldn't bother you with as much as asking you to reference drivel you spewed.
For the record, you're an idiot if you think you learnt anything during your travels. You can't learn the truth about cultures, politics and geographies of different countries just by visiting them. When you travel, get taken on tours, and introduce yourself to the locals of any country as a tourist/outsider, you are only seen as a potential sale. The things you'd learn about countries, in the case, would be the fact that the Taj Mahal is actually a grave and the Great Wall of China was built over a period of 1600 years, to fend off the Mongolians. What you should be learning is how different countries are, even within their similarities. Such as the fact that the UAE remains the one country in the gulf that has ever allowed theatres to show Christian themed movies, and has zero confines/holy grounds where a certain people are barred from visiting; and that's due to its founding father's personal beliefs and deviations from eastern/Muslim ideals. Or such as the fact that Iraq is in its current erratic situation not due to a tyrannical leader, but due to a disastrous geographical placement. But hey, what do I know, I've lived monotonously on 5 of the continents my entire life.

You should consider becoming a social scientist. They make good money, especially in linguistic departments in exotic colleges. Your stellar education should be more than ample to fill such a position. I have to warn you, though; a lot of publications necessitate spelling at a level higher than a high school student's.
