Dazzle Drivers?

I have a Dazzle Digtal Photo Maker, model: DM-5000 and the drivers on the disk don't work on Win. ME and I went to the main site plus various others in search for the drivers and found only drivers for XP and tryed it, but it didn't work so any suggestions on where to find the drivers?

upgrade, ME is the anti christ of operating systems and you should be able to run win2k if you can run ME
