help picking out laptops

hey,
i'm lookin for a laptop with the following things:
screen less than 15" - i want something small and compact
graphics card + processor good enough to run starcraft 2 w/o problems
~$500

lol come to think of it, that's a very short list. except i can't seem to find the right one! i'm mostly only familiar with the lenovo models.. the models they have out are quite shite for gaming as I believe.. (the ones that are <15"). can anybody recommend other laptops? laptop companies? i know for a fact that toshiba machines and asus are under par.
