No actually I wouldn't take a ratio proof, direct link to a profile or promising on the name of a first-born to mean anything .
Unless you know the person in a face to face way then everything here or even on FTN for that matter is based on (blind) faith.:)
So you either have it or you don't .The ratio proofs are just a convenient balm for our consciences.

Even though there isn't a whole lot of activity it's still fairly easy to maintain a ratio on ,I guess because it's not l33t and tends to be on the slow side of getting new stuff up and consequentially isn't overrun with seedboxes.You are also given ( or can purchase) FL slots so that can help immensely.
