Honestly at my beginnings in seedbox world I was satisfied by Keyweb (but it's like 2 years ago). I tried all VRS plans and get nice speeds unless the first plan. About support it's true it was hard to get a tech instantaneously, but I always had my answer. But of course it's unmanaged VPS, so they don't have to answer to all questions. So I'd say :

- 6/10 in support
- 8/10 in speed
- 6/10 value for money

Now you can get more space with other VPS providers which are "torrent friendly" too : like with Seednet, Pulsemedia, Fastsh.it, Varsbox, Savyseed soon, Xirvik etc.
