Uploading NZB's

No I'm not about to ask how i can upload NZB's to FST.com no no....
I just wanna know how to upload files (like Xbox 360/Wii games) to an alt.binaries.example thing
please help I'm new to this...

A quick note, I switched from Yenc PowerPost A&A to YencBinPoster. YencBinPoster supports SSL and has a Newsleecher interface minus the protection lag. Also if your feeling adventurous and have a dual/tri/quad core pc you may want to look into creating PAR2 from the cmdline or using MultiPAR (par2cmdline gui) as opposed to QuickPAR to save some time.
