tehparadox and warez-bb are probably the largest w. forums.

A larger user-base doesn't necessarily mean a better forum, but comparing the amount of users; TP has 1.77MM while WBB has 2.36MM.

TP started in the first quarter of 2007 while WBB started in the third quarter of 2004.

My advise, browse them both. You'll quickly notice that they each own strong points and you'll be able to better understand which forum will fulfill your needs.
