As far as What.cd is concerned, you can get invited if you're not from a banned country and do something for yourself:

SCC can be attained from their Power User forums, also.

I don't understand this statement. How exactly are you "trying to help out"?
Also what you apparently are trying to trade away (it's also unclear what you are doing there ) is in my humble opinion better ( much better) than SCC anyway.

Not necessary. Just go to IRC and ask whether they can reenable you. You certainly don't need another invite for that, and would be breaking the site's rules by getting one.
