There's nothing "wrong" with it, but you should state you've had an account in the past, which leads us to the following point:

Nobody is searching your posts to "have something to spam". You see, you can get in trouble for inviting someone who's been a member of the tracker in the past, and what happened to your previous account wasn't clear, so we had to ask.

Thanks, I registered, however ESET is giving me ridiculous numbers of "multiple threat" trojan warnings on that site. Too scared to continue. Got into private trackers so I could avoid viruses!

There is NO guarantee in that,either U Invite the person or NOT . How can U ask for such a guarantee, I once invited someone to F*N, and looks damn promising and even got himself to a PU, and then he is NEVER seen again!.....LMAO:01:
