Weird File

I've never seen any mp3 file like this. Is it possible for it to have a bit rate this high or was this file something else? My computer since it's an mp3, however when I play it, it gives me a bit rate of 496 Kbps. Is that even possible for an mp3? The file itself plays fine.

yes fine, try vogg orbis they are as good as rips can get like 1033 or maybe higher, I forgot the #
