Just go into Norton Quarantine and delete them and if that works make sure u update your virus definitions, do a full system scan, and keep auto-protect on especially when downloading.

EDIT: GIVE me a Screenshot it would help.

Ah legit. I do know nortons av are not picking up cerain trojans. I use the free
avg version. Only prob or complaint I have is when I do a scan sometimes it says
virus has been takin care of only to rescan and virus still found this only happened once or twice. Only option is to delete file.
Heres the link to free avg. Good luck,

Norton can't stop shit it doesn't know about so u have to update the virus definitions. See I just downloaded something I know was a virus and look what happened.

No prob but I told u just delete and do a full sytem scan and better yet just download Norton 2004 from suprnova.org and when u install that it will do a scan before it installs. That should get everything off your computer Ad/Spyware and all the viruses but update your virus definitions.

something to bear in mind, if you use certain port numbers for your incoming port, then norton firewall detects all incoming connections as trojans - this caught me out once

Don't leave a computer on or connected to the net that's infected. It'll only spread the infection in your computer & possibly to other computers. SHUT IT OFF.

you have to disable system restore in most cases when removing viruses cause the virus/trojan can use it to restore itself

and if the alerts you're gettin from ZA are KNOWN hack attempts, just deny it access with the 'remember rule' box checked, you'll never see it again

I have been receiving alot of, what NIS2003 describes as, Trojans attacks as of late as well. I found one in my C:\WINDOWS\temp folder and wiped it clean, however I believe there to be others with all the warnings I am getting. Virus scan does not seem to be picking everything up.
