I use StoneRocket its awesome.
It has Varied hosting plans according to needs.
U need to make certain number of good post to get eligible for a particular plan but its worth it.

Why do you need fantastico? It's so damn easy to manually install all the applications it delivers.

the FTP program i use dosent allow me to upload more then 5MB archives what i do is to manually unzip and then zipping every file folder inside that takes a lot of time and hassle

But is that a server restriction, or a restriction on your client?
Which FTP client are you using?

I'm not sure if 000webhost has Fantastico on their free packages, but I know for a fact that it comes with their paid packages.
