They have a FAQ, but it's in german or something.

As far as I know, its not a free-hosting service. Info about opensource (http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/www.OpenSource.org/docs/definition.php)
Softwares that are open source and classified under their free license and redistribution policies are listed there. Thats what I could make out after 10 mins of searching throughtout the website vigorously. :D
