Would depend what league you're wanting them to play in.

I've just picked up Marko Livaja (http://img526.imageshack.us/f/livaja2.png/) on a free transfer (he has a global ban till the end of august 2011, so you need to wait to get him) and he looks like he could go on to great things, he's only 18 when he signs and lacks a little pace, but I'm sure he'll improve once he gets training and playing.

The screenshot there is him getting scouted by Liverpool, I've signed him to play for Lierse in Belgium :)
