i need help with ' eicfg. removal tool

i have a download of windows, but i have to remove that small file eicfg, i have that tool removal, and i don't know how to do it. once you remove that file, you can install any version of windows. 7, XP, ultimate etc. that is what i want to do. but i need step by step because i just begin to learn this.as i say before ' I have the tool from MS, i open with WINRAR, but after that ..i don't know ...

An easier option would be to Use UltraISO to open your downloaded Windows ISO file and just delete the ei.cfg file. Then burn the iso. Upon install you should be able to choose the version you wish to install. Also, Enterprise and OEM versions are not supported.
