What actually matters is ratio of download speed to upload speed rather than upload speed alone in absolute terms. Anyways its your call. Just wanted to clarify!

If your upload speed isn't the best, you may like IPT more. TL can be a bit tough to seed on sometimes, even with their big amount of users. And I don't know if they still enforce waiting times for old users (which with an invite system, I think it's rather pointless), but if they do, that'll only make things harder. :)

I don't know if there's anything spacial, but IPT has lots of users and torrents, and it's easy to keep a good ratio there. TL has no freeleech, no bonus points, and can be a bit tough to seed on at times. If your upload speed isn't the best, IPT is the way to go. :happy:
