-an audio to mp3 files convertor;

What format is "audio"? MP3 files are audio, too. :unsure:

-ArcGis 10 (trial version).

Tried this?

audio cd file, my mistake. sorry.
but as soon as you asked what format "audio" is, I realized that I have to rip the thing...so I did it!

I tried, but I don't know how to install it. There's no set up icon after unrar.

Yeah, the file you're showing me is a .cda. You can't convert those to audio, you must use Exact Audio Copy or any other ripping tool.

I'll check it and get back to you later.

Many TV programmes have accompanying TeleText subtitles, and this offers an opportunity to find footage by searching for keywords in the subtitles.

In my opinion nothing is better than EAC, whether you're only going to mp3 or not really has nothing to do with it. EAC is the only reliable way to get a secure and exact rip of the original data. Once you realize just how easy and common it is for rips to have clicks or errors even from CD's without any scratches, then EAC is pretty much the only way to go and there's no going back.
