ABGX, NZB, and IRC

I admit my IRC knowledge is very limited and I was wondering if I would somehow get banned from a channel if all I did was go to their website and get the nzb info and then go to the channel and -sendnzb xxxx and then leave channel?

All I wanted was the nzb file and they do not offer it on their website, just info.

They won't, as long as you don't abuse the system. Joining/leeching/parting tens of times a day would be considered annoying (no flooding) and they would probably ask you to stop it in that case.

Whew ok good. I might, might, do it once a week so I don't think I have anything to worry about.
