I would recommend you the band ' Megaherz (http://www.megaherz.de) '. Sounds the same like Rammstein but they have much better german lyrics than the group of 'Till Lindemann'.

The folk part of 'Letzte Instanz' is not that big .. they uses fiddlers in all of there songs.

Good Songs:

Letzte Instanz - Herzdame
Letzte Instanz - Bittere Nacht
Letzte Instanz - In meiner Erinnerung
Letzte Instanz - Das schönste Lied der Welt

Acutally you can't put them in any genre .. they have folk pop/rock songs like Herzdame and they have also 'louder/harder' songs like 'Das schönste Lied der Welt'.
