i am specifically looking for the travel and lifestyle tv shows featured on discovery networks channel TLC if bitmetv dosent have those then i am satisfied with SCC

As far as my understanding goes, you can't register on the tracker if your IP is banned. You'll receive a message about being unable to use the invite.

If you already have an account (created on another country/via a proxy), you can use it, though.

are u a member of SCC??
i dont know abt u but i never used any proxy or anything never had any problems with ip on SCC

But because they are curious about my rules?
These rules put me on the ground in some trackers are more difficult to maintain the ratio and are more demanding of guests.
