inviting banned user(s) is dangerous indeed, specialy in trackers like what.cd, as if they catch, they will ban both the accounts and that user can only be lucky if he/she have more than 1 account there.

what.cd have ways to find the dupes that u wudent imagine in ur deepest dreams..............cant have multiple accounts there unless u know by which ways they check for dupes and how to evade it

The What.cd staff doesn't like trades (and public giveaways) at all. I guess that makes its level go up. :ermm:

What.cd for FTN does seem a bit exaggerate, though. At least when judging merely by rarity, which is what most people in this section do.
