Tactical Operations Error!

wahh everytime i try run tactical operations threw unreal tournament i get this error, can someone please help Me!

ok i fixed that error, now i have another problem, the patch to update to the latest version apparently only works on the retail version of this game, is there a v3.4.0 patch update for the mod version ??
