redtube, hottube etc are the most known streaming sites. And almost any ddl site has pr0n, more than you can ever want

The answer to your question is lots and lots of people. Contrary to what some people think the web doesn't have everything. There's a series of soft-core films called Bound Heat - (boundheat dot com) which are not all "old stuff" as new ones are being made. I only started downloading them recently. A few can be found on BDSM sites but many download sites require a premium membership. I found about 23 on 1 BDSM site and couldn't download any of them. I found a couple on piratebay and a few in a forum with free downloads but after that they were hard to find or I had to get a premium membership to a download site. I googled many titles and came up with nothing useful. I installed emule and searched for "Bound Heat" and got 112 hits. 112 doesn't sound like much but the percentage of the hits that are useful is much higher than on google. Many are dead or duplicates but many point directly to what I'm looking for and I could start downloading immediately. They download slower but it's not that bad. In about 27 hours I had downloaded 11 including many of the titles I could not find with google. If you can't wait a little over a day to get 11 movies, there's something wrong with you. In a few days I should have about 10 more. That's about 21 and all for free (no premium memberships needed), many of which I could not find with google, and I found them easily with emule.

I didn't know people still used the p2p stuff like eMule. One thing I did like about them were the homemade p0rn.
