File Stilling And Hacking

Hey theres this guy i know and he has Call of duty with a cdkey that works now i know that call of duty stors the cdkey in the main folder and i know the path to it now if i make him click on a exe file or sum thing is there a way the file cood get uploaded to me by e mail or ftp with out him know it?
