ok, so i downloaded a file (600+ megs) it's suppose to be a full version of rzr's warcraft3 iso0.
when i run it, it opens command.exe for a flash second before closing. when running it under the option of "as admin" it gives me the following error...
c:\doc~1\admin~1\local~1\temp\. temp file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to. make sure path exists, and space is available.
there is plenty of space on the drive and the path does exist.
am i missing something here? or is this just a bunk file?
