how to leave rep to a member??

sorry i am new here didnt know where to go for help so i opened a thread here

i just want to query how to leave repu to a member with whom i made a deal/giveaway successfully :)

i read the repu rules and i keep clicking on the star below the user name but nothing happens :(
i think i am doing something wrong here....

i would really appreciate if someone guides me :)

Do you have javascript disabled? Or anything like NoScript plug-in? Or AD blocker?
If any, change that and try again.
