What you've heard is wrong, look through e-learning tracker reviews and such more carefully. Theplace is for seduction and self-improvement stuff, there is Languages section though (not programming languages assumed) with not many books in it. try TheGeeks, should be open signup

That's their URL, and yes, they're open for signups. If you can't load the site, your IP must be banned for whatever reason.
