Interface to programmatically download *.nzb files

I was hoping to download NZBs as they come out for shows that I watch all the time. I was wondering if there is a database I can query or gain access to in order to write code. I know there is a toggle feature to track things before.

Suggestions anyone? If your one of the posters reading this I would like to hear your opinion as well.
