hello everybody i install recently Ubuntu operating system in over Computer
please tell me that how to i install any version of torrent.
i use regularly Torrent and i like movies.

You should already have Transmission installed.
"Torrent" isn't a program. What you're looking for is a torrent client. There are many that can run on Ubuntu. Vuze, Transmission, Deluge, uTorrent for Linux are some of them.

So the real question is how do I speed up my downloads?
Optimize settings in your client.
Optimize your network to allow connections.
Join private trackers.
Upgrade to a better connection package.

Don't forget TCP tuning. It can also slightly speed things up.
