I think he's commenting on the release schedule. Most BluRays are pre'd/released by the scene a week or two before the official release of the BluRay - but when it comes to 127 Hours, the BluRay has been out for a full week and a half, and the movie is still playing in theaters. It's quite the big leak, in his eyes.
