i know it was "ctrl+i" to take screenshot but i cant take screenshots any more why?
i remember by mistake i setup "ctrl+i" for klexstension lock addon, can this be the reason

to take a screenshot press print screen then paste into windows paint or similar app. Press alt+print screen to snap the window only.
u cannot print scrn movie, they disapear after closing the movie

turn off overlays in wmp (Tools -> Options -> Performance -> Advanced).
then you can print scr and ctrl + V in paint

forget prnt scrn, just tell why ctrl+i dosent work any more :P

trust me it's not working with me
any way i using BSplayer to take screenshot but WM was better for screenshot's

well glad you got it, but I swear it works, if anyone else reads this just make sure its un clicked and prtsc then ctrl+v in paint, it works
for what ever reason he didn't get it to work, its beyond me, but thats how you do it

What type of video file is it? I don't think ctrl-i works with .wmv's.
