I promise that i will always upload and never cheat my ratio.

For posting a screenshot of it in a public forum? Honestly, if TL bans for that, then they probably aren't worth being a member of...

Unlikely. TL logs your IP and e-mail addresses. Any self-respecting staff would check if the details of some random IRC guy match with the account's.

^+1, i haven't heard tl staff being that bad. the person isn't trading or inviting randoms, and if those stats are real and legit (and his) the person appears to be a good user and would be pretty low to ban over something like that.

Also, anyone can just use his screenshot as a proof somewhere else, and consequences will be unpredictable...

True, but then again censored screenshots could also be "stolen" like that. Not that ratio proofs themselves are absolute evidence of squeaky clean membership on trackers...
