Whats up with all these partner info (Partner links,buttons) you have?
Disclaimer doesnt need to be on the first page. Place a link to that on your page next to Copyright info.

Get rid of Advertise section. Need for that? You worked on a pre-designed and left that section?
Font for popular sites is too small to read. Make it clear if you can.

Disclaimer should be a discreet link.

I would up the font sizes on most things.

Just clicked on the "humor" link and can&#39;t read anything, the background is shocking&#33;

Games page was easier to read.

Download page again, blue writing on that background makes it hard to read.

Your site appears to be set at 640 pixels? You should consider expanding this to 800.

A promising site, keep it simple and easy to read or people won&#39;t stay.
