Madden 2004

i downloaded madden 2004 off bittorrent. all files are finished but i am having a bit of a dilemma. when i go to open the folders labeled cd1 and cd2 all the files that they contain are labeled as rzr-m24a.004, rzr-m24a.005, rzr-m24a.006 and so on...
my question to you guys is how do i install the game in this form? how would i merge those files to make a bin?

install, then open the first file, then you will get the bins and cues
after that you can burn it or mount it with daemon tools
