I have the Firewall that comes with windows XP, it's called ICF (Internet Connection Firewall).
Is it a good firewall or should i get another one? <_<

start->run->services.msc and disable that POS of a firewall
get one you can import the bad ip list, like zone alarm or zygate or outpost

i'm fine with ICF - it passes all firewall tests i've tried
it doesn't import the bad ip list, but if it did i wouldn't know what to do with it

Me myself I don't like them because they stop connections with BT.

Most dislike the built in firewall, for me personally, I use Zone Alarm Pro.

ICF only works on incoming connections. It does not block any outgoing traffic such as spyware, trojans or even when windows media player wants to phone home. I have 17 microsoft processes that want to access the internet, everything from word to office xp component. They can't without permission.

I disabled ICF and use the free version of zone alarm.

Haha :P

That's the only bad thing about ICF. That's why I reccomend a 3rd party firewall that can block both incomming and outgoing connections. Sygate works pretty good for me.
