What are the laws in the UK about up/downloading? At one point people would say it was only upload that would get you busted, how about in 2011?

Even if you use a *no-upload* torrent or P2P client, your IP address can just as easily be harvested from the swarm and you can still get fingered.

Download through a Usenet service and the anti-P2P goons will never know.
