TemplateP2P was a forum as far as I recall, so this has little to do in the BitTorrent giveaways section.

I thought it was a tracker.

Well since there isnt any request section for forums, I'll keep posting here, if the mods dont mind.

You can use the "file sharing" section for that. A report should get this thread moved there.
