nero 6 came with the mpeg2 plug in, I only herd of people with nero 5.x.x that needed it, if you don't have nero 6, http://www.nero.com and find a serial # within 30 days

I have NERO 6 but it says i need plugin and i have it fully registered could somebody send me it.

you know there are better ways to encode, nero is the best at BURNING, but not at encoding
try tmpgenc for svcd/vcd recording, way better with out the possibility of a upside down vcd/svcd
plus the quality is 1000% better, not blocky at all
hope you at least try it, cause its so much better
