If you go to the site and click join the project, it asks you to sign in. What's the problem on your end exactly?
Logging in to a Google account will work, but access to this Plus thingy is restricted right now. You can apply for an invite, though (just like with GMail years ago).

or just like with Google music currently. Just apply for an invite then, it'll probably take a week or 2

Google+ is in limited Field Trial
Right now, we're testing with a small number of people, but it won't be long before the Google+ project is ready for everyone. Leave us your email address and we'll make sure you're the first to know when we're ready to invite more people.

It's not a private bt site yo, you subscribe to be invited to the beta program by Google. So you realize you can't just ask someone to get you in from here, right?

Google+ invites are currently closed, but there's still a way to let your friends join: Manually add them to a circle, then send a notification and share it with that circle. They'll get an email with a link to read the notification, when they click on the link they'll be prompted to sign up.

Who needs to join a social network where none of your friends are yet anyway? What's the rush?

Your Google appears to be broken. Here, you can borrow mine...

Your Google appears to be broken.
Google is never broken. You can use it to check if your Internet connection is working. Just like searching for porn in the "traditional" filesharing program of your choice is a sure-fire to know it's connected to the network.

Well, it was an attempt to humorously point out to sbglobal123 that instead of asking such a vague, general question such as "what is Google+?", he could have just entered that exact phrase into Google and found an answer within seconds :idunno:

I have paid a visit as a member.I found this good but some times i think that although this is from a quality plate form called Google but how it will break the monopoly of giant social networks.
