Yes, that's correct. I joined last year, a friend of mine offered me his unused account so that I'd be able to check it out, but it turned out to be a less-than-average general tracker, definitely not what I saw in the review here. Not a lot going on there, and the fact they had no open signups nor invites for a long while didn't help them.
