A wireless draft N router will give you twice the range (or more) of a wireless G router like the WAG200G. The main reason for this is MIMO technology, multiple antennas are used to catch reflections giving a far more robust connection. In the case of paying the extra for a dual band router, this is only worth the extra cost if there is heavy interference on the 2.4Ghz band and you are prepared to pay the extra for the dual band wireless adaptors as well. The major plus with dual band is using the 5.8Ghz band increases the range even more and of course there is the lack of interference as I mentioned with 2.4Ghz.
Unless you are going to upgrade your wireless adaptors as well then purchasing a dual band router is redundant.
