Downloading packs is not the best option. The apps frequently get updated, so you will have to keep them under watch, meaning a 0-day android dedicated site is by far the best option.

There a few torrent sites that have android packs but as Cabalo said the apps have allready been updated by the time there upped... The best site ive found is Mobilism...
