That would be a highly ironic statement if it were not based entirely on inherent cluelessness.And I think what mjmacky was trying to say was in your case the talk part is a bit of misnomer.Oh course most of the time it's hard to tell what mjmacky really means so I might be wrong.
Also in your original post you seem to have UK-T listed under both [Have] and [Want] .My suggestion is that you make a trade with yourself and really screw the dimwit for all you can get.
