I may be sitting at the computer but I'm also knitting a quilt , writing a sonnet and doing leg raises at the same so I hardly think that's fair.

You seem to have conveniently left out some details in your defense

The "quilt" is 6 cm^2, it's called a haiku (not a sonnet), and lots of people bounce their leg while sitting idly, only you compare it to exercise.
