Rawkins File?

I have a rawkins file, and I have no clue on which program to use for burning it.
Has anyone come accross this file name before? And could you help me out?
Alcohol120 doesn't see it as a burnable file. Thanks in advance.

it's a .rawkins, that's the file extension.

the file is "Empire_earth-FLT.RAWKiNS"

its probably a rar file, you have to right click it and choose properties in order to see the file extension un less you changed your settings to see file types
