Please do not forget to ask which countries your applicants belong, SCC has sign-up restrictions for some countries.

Also I would suggest to not hand out invites to the new BT users, SCC is kinda tracker, where only those people should join who know what it is.

I heard that archieve section is freeleech aka pack.I seen some on filelist.So i thought its not wrong only to grab archive,only partial ofc.For other file i already have tl.

I think they are similar.I read about speed, and most importantly they have archive (free) which tl doesnt provide.
