Guess what i got in my mail today?
from them bastards at Comcast!

Notice of Action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Comcast received a notification from MPAA bastards, saying i'm sharing Underworld [SCR-DivX]
at port 1214
Network:Kazaa
Protocol:FastTrack
Username:Kazaa++@fileshare

Now Comcast telling me to delete the file from my computer or they will block access to FastTrack Network <_<

What should i do? :(

#1 Change the port to anything else then 1214 (it's the port which original Kazaa uses to connect with others)

#2 Delete the file.

#3 Don't stop sharing.

Just to clarify, the port should be anything other than 1214. :)

Also, tick the box in the options to say "other users cannot get a list of all my shared files". Then you should be safer. :D

Wonder's... Surely if you carried on sharing as you were before and got another letter and ended up with legal action taken against you then you could get them on a technicality and get let off due to the fact that they said you were using a program you weren't actually using? :-)

They say you were using Kazaa, but you weren't, so they've failed to provide accurate evidence to prosecute you with which would mean the case would be thrown out if it ever came to that? :-)

Just a thought :-)

I agree, if you have any more trouble, switch ISP.
