Video Editing Software

I know Final Cut Pro is one of the best, but i'm pretty sure there isnt a pc version (heh or ripp).
What's some good Video software for Windows XP that has about the same functionality as Final Cut Pro?

I dont know what final cut pro is but i use Vegas Video (Sonic Foundry), the same company of Sound Forge...worx great 4 me...
