Apparently they have a one account per lifetime policy, so it may be a good idea to try and get it back first.

They are back? Last I remember hearing, I thought they were closing. Was I mistaken?

I deleted my bookmark a long time ago, but I do miss that site. Anyone remember details?

It works... if you have a Bulgarian IP. Some people use proxies with varying degrees of success.

Thanks, anon. I did a bit of looking around after posting my question, and that seemed to be the word on the street. I can't imagine it could still be as good with the majority of the world being cut off from it. :(
