Neptoons/Cartoon Chaos

Could anyone send an invite my way for neptoons and/or Cartoon Chaos?

I'm not sure exactly what they both have, but I'm interested in all cartoons except for anime, and nothing I've read indicates that either site carries much or any of that.

I offered to help you before, but you could not be bothered to write more than a couple of sentences. Potential inviters do place value in people who are willing to make an effort- it is at least a minimal standard many of us hold before we consider helping someone out. Just like a resume, you will get more interested parties, and a better success rate, by putting effort in.
